PKTK Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the PKTK platform at pktk.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PKTK.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the PKTK platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. PKTK recommends reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Eligibility

To register and play on PKTK, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a PKTK employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the PKTK platform.

PKTK reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after verification.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one PKTK account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. PKTK uses this information to verify your identity and process payments correctly.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your mobile number or payment details change, update your account through the settings page or contact support. PKTK cannot be held responsible for failed transactions resulting from outdated account information.

Deposits and Payments

PKTK accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile wallets in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by PKTK, though your mobile wallet provider may impose their own transaction limits. PKTK does not charge any fees on deposits. Funds deposited to your PKTK account are typically reflected within 30 seconds of a successful transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals on PKTK are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure funds are returned to their verified source. Withdrawals to a different wallet than the one used for deposit will not be processed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. PKTK does not charge withdrawal fees. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes of the request being submitted. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 30 minutes.

Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon qualifying deposit or action. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.

Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on PKTK are sourced from licensed providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently certified. This certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by the platform, the provider, or any external party.

Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. PKTK does not accept disputes arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the PKTK platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PKTK staff or other players.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKTK login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with anyone — including friends, family, or anyone claiming to be PKTK staff.

PKTK will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a message asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

• Do not access your PKTK account from shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account after each session on shared devices.
• Report any unauthorised access to your account to support immediately.
• PKTK is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKTK's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
